For clinical environments

Trexo Plus — over-ground ambulation for pediatric clinics

An actively powered exoskeleton that detects patient initiation, supporting children to take intentional steps under the supervision of a trained clinician.

Trexo Plus in clinical use

A custom gait for every child

Each session is tuned to the child's range, tone and effort — and adapts over time as they grow and progress.

Live data to guide every session

Step count, patient initiation and gait quality are captured in real time so clinicians can keep sessions on track.

Battery powered — use it anywhere

Over-ground and cordless. Move between rooms, gyms and outdoor surfaces without tethering the child to a treadmill.

System capabilities

Built around a clinical session

Every Trexo Plus capability serves a phase of the session — from clinician setup, through the child's active gait, to the patient-protection layer running in the background at all times.
