These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eu.trexorobotics.com and any related subdomains operated by Trexo Robotics Europe Sp. z o.o. ("Trexo", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms are separate from, and do not replace, the End User License Agreement that governs the use of Trexo devices and services, or any signed purchase, lease or finance agreement with Trexo.
1. Purpose of this website
This website is informational. It describes Trexo Home and Trexo Plus, provides educational content for families and clinicians, and lets you contact us, request a brochure, or express interest in an assessment. Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract for the sale, lease or supply of any device.
2. Not medical advice
The content on this site is for general information only and is not medical, clinical or therapeutic advice. The Trexo robotic exoskeleton is a medical device indicated for over-ground ambulation support in children and must be used only as instructed by a trained clinician and following appropriate assessment and fitting. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Forms, contact and reservations
When you submit a contact form, brochure request or assessment enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it (including, where applicable, on behalf of the child or person the enquiry concerns).
Any reservation or expression of interest placed through this site is non-binding and refundable until a written purchase, lease or finance agreement is signed with Trexo's European clinical team.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- submit content that infringes the rights of others or that is false or misleading;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or any associated systems, or interfere with their operation;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract content from the site, or use automated tools to submit forms, except for legitimate search-engine indexing in line with our robots.txt;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Trexo.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, photographs, videos, the "tréxō" name and logo, product names, and the underlying design and code — is owned by Trexo Robotics Inc., Trexo Robotics Europe Sp. z o.o. or their licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, redistribution, framing, or use in any AI training dataset — requires our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example payment providers, video hosting, calendar booking, or our training platform). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site at any time without notice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under product-liability or consumer-protection legislation.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Warsaw, Poland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
