How a reservation works

Every Trexo Home is made-to-fit. A reservation lets us begin that process, with our European clinical team alongside you the whole way.

Place your refundable deposit

You'll be redirected to Stripe to securely place a reservation deposit in EUR or GBP. The deposit secures your position in the European delivery queue for your region.

Clinical assessment with our European team

We collect measurements, photos and short videos and, with your authorisation, liaise with your child's clinician to confirm Trexo Home is a good fit. If it isn't, your deposit is refunded in full.

Sizing, manufacturing and delivery

Once the assessment is complete, your Trexo Home is built to fit your child. We confirm pricing and the final purchase agreement before shipping anywhere in the EU, UK or Switzerland.

What your deposit means

A reservation, not a purchase

The deposit is held by Trexo Robotics Europe and processed through Stripe. It secures your queue position and triggers the clinical assessment — it doesn't lock you into buying the device.

100% refundable

Cancel any time before signing the purchase agreement and we refund your full deposit within 14 days, no questions asked.

Credited against purchase

If you go ahead, the deposit is applied in full against the final price of your Trexo Home.
